Natalie joined the Manchester office in December 2017 where she handled the existing book for both the Manchester and London offices. At the beginning of January 2021, Natalie moved to a Development Underwriter role handing both new and existing business concentrating on the Leeds Market.

Natalie started her career with Eagle Star in 1989 and moved to the Leeds Commercial Branch in 1995. Following the merger with Zurich in 1997, Natalie progressed from Assistant Underwriter to Senior Property Underwriter before leaving the Company in 2016.
