Phil is currently a Property Package Development Underwriter based in Manchester. Phil joined the team in June 2023 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Burns & Wilcox United Kingdom, Phil spent 10 years at Allianz, holding several different roles in underwriting and distribution, lastly being a Business Development Manager. Phil is ACII qualified and a Chartered Insurer.
